A: We use a 350gsm pure cotton canvas or a 250gsm polyester composte canvas material.
Q: What kind of frames do you use?
A: We only use 38mm gallery bars to make your canvas frame.
Q: Does my canvas print come ready to hang?
A: All our canvas prints are ready to hang and framed.
Q: What is the difference with the 2 types of canvas edges?
A: Gallery Wrap - Image goes over the edge of the canvas.
A: Blank - White or solid colour edges and the image stops at the corner of the frame
Q: Will I lose part of my image if I select Gallery wrap?
A: No. We mirror the last 2 inches of the picture and then we clone anything that looks strange.
Q: The canvas print size I want isn’t listed. Can you supply my canvas print in a bespoke size?
A: Yes, we can customise our system to fit any size you require

Q: How much is delivery for my canvas print and what if I order more than 1 print?
A: Standard delivery within the UK mainland is £7.99 for up to 5 canvas prints
Q: Can I order a canvas print and have it to be sent to another address?
A: Yes you can. Just fill in your requirements when you check out and we will post your canvas print to an address of your choice.
Q: Which debit and credit cards do you accept to pay for my canvas print?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards using PayPal
Q: Can I pay by cheque or online bank transfer for my canvas print?
A: Yes, send us your cheque in the post and once payment has cleared, we will ship your canvas prints to you.

Q: Do you supply canvas prints to the trade or commercial customers?
A: Yes. We are happy to supply to interior designers, architects, retail outlets, offices and other commercial customers with canvas prints and photos on canvas.
Q: How long will it take for my canvas print to arrive at my address?
A: We aim to deliver all canvas prints within 5 working days of us getting the order and usually we ship a lot quicker.
